The Role:

The salary range for this position is $17.50 - 18.50 per hour PLUS TIPS based upon store location.
Offered salary is dependent upon experience and location.

El Operario de llenado es responsable de ejecutar el proceso de llenado y empaque de todos los productos líquidos (según sea la maquina asignada) bajo los parámetros de uso de materiales, productividad, calidad y seguridad exigidos; manejando, usando y manteniendo en las mejores condiciones el equipo a su cargo aplicando los conceptos de GMP.
Liderar la línea y su tripulación durante el relevo del operario de llenado líder o cuando este se encuentre en vacaciones o incapacitado.
Ejecutar las actividades requeridas cumpliendo con los procedimientos, requerimientos regulatorios y corporativos establecidos en el Sistema de gestión de Medio Ambiente, Seguridad y Salud en el trabajo (EHS&S)
Responsabilidades clave
• Operar la máquina y hacerla funcionar correctamente con los parámetros establecidos así como verificar, controlar, aprobar y garantizar la calidad del producto fabricado en cumplimiento con los procedimientos de EHS.
• Controlar el consumo de materiales y formalizar quejas a proveedores.
• Registro de las paradas en CIM, control estadístico, Bitácora de operación, diligenciamiento de Batch Records, parametrizar equipos.
• Participación y ejecución en Mantenimientos Planeados (evaluación de fallas) y Mejoramientos.
