Position Summary
As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will provide routine daily nursing care and services to residents in accordance with their individualized care plans.
You'll play a vital role in maintaining residents' comfort, dignity, safety, and overall well-being.
Key Responsibilities (Summary):
* Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
* Monitor and report changes in resident conditions to nursing staff
* Accurately document care, vitals, and observations
* Support meal service, hydration, and after-meal care
* Ensure resident rooms are clean, safe, and welcoming
* Respond promptly to call lights and resident needs
* Assist with transfers, repositioning, and transportation

Qualifications:
