As a Senior Associate, Business Resiliency Program Management - Controls Management in CAO, you will provide guidance and governance as stakeholders develop and maintain Business Resiliency Recovery Plans and related artifacts aligned to JPMorganChase Firmwide Business Resiliency Standards.
Aligned to one or more CAO sub-functions, you will partner with process owners to ensure resiliency planning is designed, tested, and capable of maintaining bank operations with minimal impact across a range of disruptive events.
You will collaborate closely with the Business Resiliency Lead Director and the CAO Resiliency Program Manager to strengthen governance structures, procedures, and controls, including support for risk assessments, legal entity reviews, and program governance.
Job responsibilities:
* Support delivery of the CAO Business Resiliency Program and strategic resiliency agendas in partnership with global stakeholders and the Firmwide Resiliency Office.
* Lead working groups and project teams, owning assigned deliverables and ensuring progress and outcomes.
* Implement and maintain updates to the resiliency governance framework and related procedure reviews.
* Prepare reports and presentations on resiliency risks, governance effectiveness, and compliance.
* Partner with CAO Business Resiliency Plan Managers and Plan Owners to maintain governance through quality control, testing, incident management, and resiliency planning.
* Support regulatory engagements, audits, and compliance activities related to resiliency governance.
* Manage CAO resiliency program content and artifacts across SharePoint, Tableau, Teams, and other approved repositories.
* Leverage data to conduct analyses and enhance program controls and processes.
* Develop subject matter expertise in firmwide resiliency processes and practices through partnerships across Finance, Control Management, Business Management, and Technology.
