CONTEXTE :
Cette création de poste fait suite au départ du Responsable Développement interne et à la mise en place de la nouvelle organisation des référents production (2 rôles : un conducteur de rame et un teinturier).
MISSION :
Déterminer la faisabilité des différents projets soumis par les développeurs, déployer et réaliser les essais avec l'appui des référents production rame et teinture, piloter l'avancement de la phase de conception jusqu'à la production en assurant la convergence produit/ process et suivre le contrôle qualité et l'expédition aux clients.
Réaliser des développements techniques.
Assurer l'assistance technique en production.
PRINCIPALES ACTIVITES
Suivi des projets
* Recevoir les demandes de la part de la Responsable Développement et Industrailisation site (RDIS), les analyser et proposer une solution technique en fonction des moyens à mettre en œuvre et des outils de production disponibles.
* Assurer un suivi documenté précis des projets : un échantillon, un rapport de test laboratoire physico/chimique qui valide le cahier des charges, un rapport de visite qui valide la qualité attendue, des commentaires di besoin...
* Aider à l'industrialisation des projets et s'assurer du transfert et de la faisabilité en phase industrielle au niveau produit et process, dans le respect des objectifs coûts, qualité, délais
* Assister les équipes de production lors des phases de démarrage et de mise au point.
* Enregistrer et/ou suivre l'avancement des projets dans les systèmes existants (Colormaster, Codes rames ...)
Réalisation d'essais techniques
* Réaliser des essais techniques (supports, colorants, produits, process) pour la mise au point et l'industrialisation de nouveaux produits ou de nouveaux process, la résolution de problèmes qualité
Suivi des essais
* Assurer un support technique des productions en dans des phases de conception, mise au point, et industrialisation des nouveaux produits/process
* Etre force de proposition en support technique ou méthodologique des équipes de production
* Réaliser une veille règlementaire avec les fournisseurs de produits chimiques (Reach, CMR, etc)
Missions QHSE :
* Connaître et respecter les règles de fonctionnement des ateliers (règlement intérieur, sécurité, propreté des lieux et de l'outil de travail, consignes environnementales...)
* Identifier les risques, et faire remonter toute anomalie de fonctionnement ou incident
* Intègrer les contraintes environnementales dans son mode de fonctionnement
