Als Business Controller ben je een volwaardige sparringpartner voor senior management, regio- en praktijkmanagement.
Je vertaalt complexe data naar heldere inzichten en helpt de organisatie betere beslissingen te nemen.
Je werkgebied omvat in eerste instantie de Nederlandse en Belgische praktijken, maar je werkt regelmatig samen met collega's van het hoofdkantoor in Zürich en die van andere Europese landen.
* Adviseren van (senior) management en praktijkmanagers op basis van financiële inzichten en analyses
* (Door)Ontwikkelen en onderhouden van Power BI dashboard - inclusief het gebruikersbeheer
* Verzorgen van periodieke rapportages naar het lokale management en het Europese hoofdkantoor
* Werken met grote datasets en deze omzetten in begrijpelijke, actiegerichte informatie
* Bijdragen aan de verdere verbetering van processen, systemen en rapportagestructuren binnen het team

General Purpose

* Experience developing customer relationships at the leadership level
* Experience communicating across all levels of business and executive leadership presence
* Business acumen to deliver high level communication in the specified field
For this role, we anticipate paying $200,000 - $225,000 per year.
This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
