This role sits at the intersection of business process understanding and technical enablement; working closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities, clarify requirements, and translate them into scalable automation and analytics solutions.

General Purpose
The Staff Physical Therapist Assistant assists the Staff Physical Therapist with resident-related activities and direct resident care.
Essential Duties
* Treat residents as directed by Physical Therapist.
* Complete timely, accurate, and compliant documentation in accordance with facility, governmental, and third-party payer requirements.
