Contexte
Au sein de France Operations, le Centre de Contact Clients (CCC) - Support Technique accompagne les clients Schneider Electric tout au long du cycle de vie de nos produits en leur apportant une expertise technique avant et après-vente (information, aide au choix, mise en service, dépannage).

Rattaché au Responsable de l'équipe Home & Distribution du CCC France, vous assurez à distance le support technique avant-vente sur les offres Produits, Équipements, Services et Solutions Schneider Electric pour les marchés résidentiel et tertiaire.
