This is a remote opportunity.
The Human Resources Business Partner / Lead Specialist is responsible for developing and/or executing the project incentive programs including identifying business goals, understanding business and employee motivations, design or enhancement of the incentive structure, communication of the program and ongoing adjustments to the program.
