The Transformation Head of Portfolio will be instrumental in managing and driving forward key transformation initiatives across the business in collaboration with peers and key stakeholders.
Accountabilities:
1.
Provide strategic oversight and direction to major transformation projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives and the wider transformation plan
2.
Manage the assigned portfolio, collaborating with various stakeholders including business sponsors, subject matter experts, internal and external delivery partners and clients as required to ensure smooth project delivery.
3.
Lead the communication and implementation of projects and mobilisation activities, mitigating risks, addressing any issues that arise in a timely manner and minimising disruption to business operations.
4.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
