• Maintain and repair plant equipment and systems within generation standards, manufacturer's guidelines, and complies with Federal and State laws and regulations, and Company rules.

		  			The Treasury Management Sales Officer is responsible for developing and expanding Treasury Management (TM) relationships with commercial and institutional clients to drive fee income and deepen customer relationships.
This individual partners with Relationship Managers and product partners to deliver comprehensive solutions tailored to client needs. 
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Sales
     
* Originate new Treasury Management business from existing & prospective commercial clients.
     
* Collaborate with Relationship Managers to identify and close cross-sell opportunities across deposit, lending, and payment solutions.
     
* Develop customized cash management strategies addressing clients’ payables, receivables, fraud prevention, and liquidity management needs.
     
* Prepare and deliver client presentations, proposals, and pricing recommendations.
     
* Maintain in-depth knowledge of all Treasury Management products, including ACH, Lockbox, RDC, Positive Pay, Merchant Services, and liquidity solutions
Client Relationship Management
     
* Serve as a trusted advisor for high-value clients
     
* Conduct periodic relationship reviews to identify opportunities for additional product adoption.
     
* Partner with TM Implementation & Client Service teams to ensure seamless onboarding and satisfaction.
     
* Resolve escalated client issues related to TM products and services.
Internal Partnership & Leadership
     
* Act as a subject matter expert to Relationship Managers and internal partners.
     
* Represent Treasury Management in cross-functional initiatives supporting bank-wide growth and efficiency.
Qualifications:
     
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field 
     
* 7+ years of Treasury Management or commercial banking experience, with a proven record of meeting sales goals.
     
* Strong understanding of working capital solutions, payments, and deposit products.
     
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
     
* Ability to manage complex sales cycles and collaborate across business lines.
     
* Proficiency in CRM systems, Treasury Management platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
