Responsibilities
The Lead Process Technician ensures that proper process conditions are established by manufacturing.
They collaborate with Plant Process Engineers and the manufacturing team to address process deviations and inform the engineers about changes in process conditions.
As a key member of the manufacturing team, the Lead Process Technician assists in manufacturing trials, is responsible for initial troubleshooting, and helps with process set-ups.
Additionally, this position coordinates area activities in the absence of the Supervisor or Shift Leads.Qualifications

Responsibilities
The Business Development Manager is responsible for target build and closure through market development.
