Role Summary
Join the Influencer and Creator team within the broader Talent Partnerships & Culture group to lead social - first strategies that build brand awareness and support acquisition through high - impact creator partnerships.
Role reports to the Head of Influencer & Creator Marketing and you will partner across the team and multiple lines of business at JPMorganChase, translating business objectives into programs that resonate on social and deliver measurable outcomes.
Owning the full campaign lifecycle from sourcing through ROI analysis, you will identify talent, craft briefs, negotiate deliverables and contracts, oversee content and approvals, and optimize performance.
You will cultivate meaningful creator relationships and align executions with business goals across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn, ensuring every activation is on - strategy and on - brand.

* Play a lead role within the Global/Regional IBOR team and act as the client facing point of escalation
* Participate, represent and implement on the continued IMOS global strategy as required.
* Oversee large components of the daily operational activities essential to the construction and delivery of client reporting (IBOR)
* Manage day to day of the team, including work allocation and capacity management, talent management as required
* Build solid relationships with Client teams including Front Office, Performance & Risk, and Compliance teams
* Work with management of global IBOR teams to achieve 100% timeliness and accuracy and seamless integration in a 'follow the sun' model
* Partner with Relationship Management and help lead client service and due diligence meetings
* Influence and build strong relationships across multiple levels of the organization
* Be effective in working cross functionally with technology, service, product and other operations teams to manage the entire IBOR service delivery
