General Purpose
The primary purpose of your job position is to provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident's assessment and care plan, and as may be directed by
your supervisors.
Essential Duties
⢠Use the wristband or photo card file to identify residents before administering treatments, serving meals, etc., as necessary.
⢠Use only authorized abbreviations established by this facility when recording information.
⢠Report all changes in the resident's condition to the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse as soon as practical.
⢠Record all entries on flow sheets, notes, charts, etc., in an informative, descriptive manner.
⢠Report all accidents and incidents you observe on the shift that they occur.
⢠Agree not to disclose resident's protected health information and promptly report suspected or known violations of such disclosure to the Administrator.
⢠Report any known or suspected unauthorized attempt to access facility's information system.
⢠Perform only those nursing care procedures that you have been trained to do.
⢠Ensure that the resident's room is ready for receiving the resident (i.e., bed made, name tags up, admission kit available, etc.).
⢠Greet residents and escort them to their room.
⢠Introduce resident to his/her roommate, if any, and other residents and personnel as appropriate.
⢠Make resident comfortable.
⢠Inventory and mark the resident's personal possessions as instructed.
⢠Store resident's clothing.
⢠Assist residents with packing their personal possessions when they are being transferred to a new room, or when being discharged.
⢠Transport residents to new rooms or to the receiving area.
⢠Assist with loading/unloading residents' to/from vehicles as necessary.
⢠Create and maintain an atmosphere of warmth, personal interest and positive emphasis, as well as a calm environment throughout the unit and shift.
⢠Meet with your shift's nursing personnel, on a regularly scheduled basis, to assist in identifying and correcting problem areas, and/or the improvement of services.
⢠Report all complaints and grievances made by the resident.
⢠Participate in and receive the nursing report as instructed.
⢠Follow established policies concerning exposure to blood/body fluids.
⢠Make beds as instructed.
⢠Put extra covers on beds as requested.
⢠Measure and record temperatures, pulses, and respirations (TPRs) of residents, as instructed.
Weigh and measure residents as instructed.
⢠Ensure that residents who are unable to call for help are checked frequently.
⢠Answer resident calls promptly.
⢠Check residents routinely to ensure that their personal care needs are being met.

Propósito del rol:
Será el responsable de las operaciones en un punto de venta asignado, garantizando en cumplimiento de las siguientes tareas.
Anualmente se realizará una rotación de puntos de venta
Responsabilidades principales:
1.
Diseñar, implementar y monitorear iniciativas comerciales para impulsar el crecimiento del punto de venta, cumpliendo el presupuesto asignado y el target semanal de llamadas.
2.
Realizar asesoría comercial presencial priorizando la experiencia del cliente y ofreciendo el portafolio completo de servicios (venta en cascada).
3.
Elaborar y actualizar los reportes diarios y semanales de gestión comercial, manteniendo registros completos y estandarizados según las plantillas corporativas.
4.
Recibir, verificar, empacar y custodiar los envíos asegurando trazabilidad, documentación completa, retornos según política Undels y despacho oportuno.
5.
Garantizar el cumplimiento de los protocolos operativos del POS: apertura y cierre, control de accesos, manejo de suministros corporativos y orden del punto.
6.
Consolidar, custodiar y remitir documentación requerida (visas, autorizaciones, facturas, registros), manteniendo información y archivos al día.
7.
Administrar correctamente el manejo de efectivo, caja menor y transacciones financieras del POS de acuerdo con las políticas corporativas.
8.
Participar activamente en campañas comerciales (volanteo, lanzamientos, imagen corporativa) y reportar oportunamente novedades al supervisor.
Requisitos:
1. Educación: Profesionales en aéreas afines con el negocio, Administración de Empresas, Negocios Internacionales, Comercio Exterior, Ingeniería Industrial.
Adicionalmente debe de tener cursos básicos en office y servicio al cliente.
2. Mínimo 2 a 3 año de experiencia en labores de Administración de ventas de empresas afines.

As a Community Associate, you’ll work closely with new and existing customers across a myriad of industries, working to create and maintain your own community within your center, where you will help take care of all the administrative and support needs for your customers…so that your customers can focus on running their business.
A typical day at IWG
You arrive a few minutes before your center opens to make sure everything is ready and check there’s nothing the cleaners have missed.
Customers arrive all throughout the morning.
One asks you for a changed WiFi code.
Another wants to know if his important package has arrived.
A woman needs directions to her meeting room… and can you help her set up the projector and show her where to find a great cup of coffee. You’re off to help her get set-up, as soon as you connect the incoming call to another customer.
You may sure that all of the services are properly charged, so that invoices are accurate.
It’s time for a quick coffee break, relax and enjoy a few minutes to yourself.
The mail arrives.
You sort through it while dealing with a whole host of other customer requests, remembering to email the customer from earlier to let him know his package is waiting for him in his mailbox.
And that’s lunch.
A new wave of customers arrive throughout the afternoon.
You help a customer with printing and another with their invoice.
A customer in a team room say it’s too hot in their office, no problem you are on it and open a ticket in our service portal.
You’ve earned yourself another quick coffee break, relax and enjoy a few minutes to yourself.
Early afternoon, you sit down with the Community Manager to discuss the organization of next week’s networking event in your center.
You plan and write the e-invites to customers, then create, print and put-up posters on the noticeboards around the center. To your excitement, the Community Manager is coming around the corner with a prospect (someone interested in joining the IWG community), you share a few details about what makes this space so amazing for your customers and encourage them to join the network soon so they can participate in next week’s networking event – then you head back to finish putting up your posters.
