Job responsibilities

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
* 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or other related industries with proven success in establishing new clients, deepening relationships, and delivering results.
* Ability to create memorable experiences for our clients - elevate the client experience.
* Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone, with proven ability to tailor features and benefits of products and services to clients with differing needs.
* Ability to quickly and effectively resolve client issues with attention to detail - providing consistent client experience.
* Operate within established risk parameters/tolerances and meet internal/external risk and compliance obligations, including completion of required training.
* High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
* The Securities Industry Essential (SIE) exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses are minimum requirements.
