Your Impact & Responsibilities
As a key member of our NOC shift team, you will provide critical nursing oversight and personalized care that directly impacts patient recovery.
Your role includes:
* Clinical Leadership: Utilize your experience to make independent clinical decisions and apply critical thinking to ensure optimal patient outcomes during the overnight shift.
* Rehabilitative Care: Deliver high-quality nursing services tailored to the specific recovery goals of each resident.
* Seamless Communication: Maintain precise documentation and facilitate effective hand-offs between the interdisciplinary team, residents, and families.
* Precision Treatment: Accurately implement physician orders and clinical protocols to support the intensive rehabilitation process.
* Mentorship & Collaboration: Serve as a reliable team player, offering support to residents and fellow staff members.
Qualifications
* Licensure: Current, valid California Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license (Required).
* Experience: Previous experience in a post-acute, sub-acute, or skilled nursing environment is highly preferred.
