Thermo King of Dallas is Now Hiring a Service Writer at 3323 Jane Lane, Dallas TX 75247.
Responsible for performing a wide range of administrative and office support activities for the Service Department of Stewart & Stevenson that are critical to the efficient operation of the organization.
Responsibilities
* Assist with answering telephone and monitor lines on hold for prompt response time.
* Greet service customer with a positive attitude.
* Inspect new trucks and trailers when brought in for any damage before we log equipment in fill out check in form.
* If new equipment is coming in for install alert sales staff by e-mail with VIN# and scan check in form
* Document customer complaints
* Open work order
* Maintain communication with service management on progress.
* Keep customers informed on progress of service jobs.
* Write up and prepare work orders for final review and invoicing get purchase orders for open accounts.
* Maintain a strong, personal commitment to the safety culture.

Position Summary
The Field Auditor, Lead travels within assigned territory to employers' sites of ZAS clients to conduct comprehensive auditing of employers' financial and payroll systems and associated records to determine the accuracy of reporting and payment of fringe benefit contributions.
The Field Auditor Lead also works directly with Trust Legal and Trustees to facilitate audit reporting and follow up with audit inquiries.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
* Attends quarterly Trustee meetings to answer Trust Legal and Trustee questions on audit status.

* Works with Audit and Collections Supervisor to produce timely and accurate Trustee reports.

Minimum Qualifications
