* Remove dirt, dust, and food from walls, mirrors, windows, light fixtures, towel bars, and dispensers.
* Empty trash cans and replace liners as needed.
* Sweep and mop floors throughout the facility.
* Follow safety protocols, including using caution signage and storing chemicals securely.
* Operate cleaning equipment and use supplies according to manufacturer instructions.
* Keep housekeeping carts, equipment, and storage areas clean, organized, and sanitary.
* Report any resident safety concerns immediately to the Director of Housekeeping, Administrator, or Director of Nursing.
* Notify the Director of Housekeeping when supplies need replenishment.
* Demonstrate excellent customer service and a positive attitude.
* Manage time effectively and complete tasks efficiently.
* Work independently or as part of a team to meet facility standards.

Qualification
* High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
* Previous housekeeping experience in healthcare or long-term care setting is a plus.
* Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines.
* Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to read and understand procedure and instruction manuals
and directions.
Basic math skills of addition, subtraction, multiplication and
Division.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
Physical Demands
