This role supports daily production in a fast-paced, safety-driven environment.
This role is responsible for handling and preparing revert (recycled metal), assisting furnace operations, and performing basic equipment tasks.
All training is provided.

What You'll Be Doing:
* You will be inspecting, cleaning, sorting, resizing, and weighing recycled metals "revert" to prepare for the melting process
* Operate basic equipment (grinders, analyzers, cut-off saws) after training
* Record weights, batch data, and traceability information
* Organize, stage, label, and prepare materials for furnace charging
* Assist furnace operators by safely delivering charge materials
* Safely operate cranes, hoists, and forklifts (training provided)
* Follow SOPs, work instructions, and safety requirements
* Maintain clean, organized work areas and support 5S standards
* Communicate effectively to support production flow and problem-solving
QUALIFICATIONS
