What You Will Do
* Provide administrative support to the Tissue Mill and Stock Prep departments
* Maintain the department P-Card, all ordering, tracking, reporting and reconciliation
* Maintain seniority and progression list for all hourly employees by each area, including a permanent base schedule for all areas.
* Update and distribute weekly crew staffing and training schedule for Tissue Mill and Stock Prep departments.
* Responsible for updating and maintaining master spreadsheet of hourly employee schedules for annual vacations and floating holidays in Kronos
* Assist Performance Development Leaders with timekeeping in Kronos and ensure timecards are approved with no payroll discrepancies.
