The Supply Chain Planning Manager is responsible for leading and optimizing supply chain planning activities at the level site.
Based in Seneca, SC, this role ensures efficient material flow, robust supply planning, and strong team performance to meet customer demand, cost, and service objectives.

What will you do:
* Lead and manage all supply chain planning activities within the plant/DC, including incoming, outgoing, and internal material flows.
* Oversee material management and supply management processes to ensure continuity of supply and optimal inventory levels.
* Supervise, coach, and develop a supply chain planning team, including goal setting, performance management, and skill development.
* Drive execution of supply plans using SAP, ensuring data accuracy, adherence to planning parameters, and timely decision-making.
