You arrive a few minutes before your center opens to make sure everything is ready and check there’s nothing the cleaners have missed.

A woman needs directions to her meeting room… and can you help her set up the projector and show her where to find a great cup of coffee. You’re off to help her get set-up, as soon as you connect the incoming call to another customer.
You may sure that all of the services are properly charged, so that invoices are accurate.
It’s time for a quick coffee break, relax and enjoy a few minutes to yourself.
The mail arrives.
You sort through it while dealing with a whole host of other customer requests, remembering to email the customer from earlier to let him know his package is waiting for him in his mailbox.
And that’s lunch.
A new wave of customers arrive throughout the afternoon.
You help a customer with printing and another with their invoice.
A customer in a team room say it’s too hot in their office, no problem you are on it and open a ticket in our service portal.
You’ve earned yourself another quick coffee break, relax and enjoy a few minutes to yourself.

ISSM is responsible for overseeing security operations in compliance with the 32 CFR Part 117 National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM). Nemours is seeking a Desk Side Supervisor to join our Nemours Children's Health team in Orlando, Florida.
The Desk Side Supervisor position will be responsible for the daily management of the Desk Side Operations support group that provides end user hardware support services to our clinicians and Nemours associates.
Supported technologies include, but are not limited to; desktop computers, laptops, printers, desktop peripherals, desktop software, and serve as back up for multimedia technologies including conference support.
This position will be responsible for identifying, planning, and executing Desk Side related projects as well as ensuring the delivery of end user technology that meets the needs of the department.
Along with the daily management of the team and managing tasks, this position will be expected to provide input for performance evaluation of the team including instituting disciplinary action as necessary.
The supervisor is responsible for daily task scheduling, managing the state of the ticket queue and assigning tickets to staff.
In addition, the supervisor is responsible for managing vacations, time keeping and coordinating the on-call rotation schedule.
The supervisor will also manage day to day escalations, customer communications, discussing customer needs and providing suggestions to help facilitate workflows.

* Provide supervision of daily Desk Side team activities including monitoring individual work queues, assigning work and providing status updates, prioritization of tasks and coordination of resources, learning, understanding, and enforcing policy, maintaining SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) and reliable method documents.
Ensure the daily work queue is efficiently managed to meet SLA, expected by dates, minimizing, and evaluating breached and pended tickets.
Monitor staff tasks and efficiency.
* Manage lifecycle of IT hardware assets including laptops, desktops, monitors, peripherals, and mobile devices.
* Maintain an adequate spare parts inventory of hardware and supplies, ensuring Continuous Improvement methodology is used in daily management of par levels.

The Department of Plastic Surgery at Nemours Children's Health is seeking a board-certified/board-eligible Pediatric Plastic Surgeon with a passion for patient care to join our exceptional team in Wilmington, DE.
Clinical opportunities are available to build and grow a practice based on the surgeon's expertise and interests.
The surgeon will work collaboratively with our dynamic team consisting of three full time surgeons, two physician assistants, and a nurse program manager.
The surgeon is encouraged to pursue academic research and will be a fundamental member of the division and hospital in terms of leadership with the capacity to be help develop and co-lead a burn program with commensurate experience.
Of the three current plastic surgeons: two have craniofacial training, and the third has a focus on breast.
We are looking for an innovative surgeon willing to grow with the hospital's initiatives in fetal surgery, burn reconstruction, orthopedics, and a lymphatics program.
The clinical practice for this role will encompass all aspects of general pediatric plastic surgery with a desire for the candidate to have a specific focus area of clinical dedication and growth.
There is a service component of call divided among the surgeons but the growth opportunities for an excellent clinical practice is paramount.

JOB SUMMARY:
The Material Handler I, Operations (Ops) will work primarily in an assigned production and/or warehousing environment, operating heavy equipment, to move, store and retrieve in production areas of outlet and recycling following Goodwill of Colorado’s warehousing, material handling procedures, and recycling guidelines.
This role will be in contact with customers, and we will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by greeting customers in a welcoming manner and responding timely and professionally to customer inquiries.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
* Use and become certified on compactor, baler, hand dolly, pallet jack, or other equipment/tools to effectively move, store, and retrieve product.
* Tip in the Outlet production area and sort recyclable materials, based on type, into their proper bins.
* Ensure that all areas of production have sufficient materials to work with.
* Prepare items for store rotations and recycling procedures.
* Maintain a clean and organized work area.
* Ensure all recycled materials and trash bins do not become overfilled.
* Complete all duties and responsibilities in accordance with department and organization policies and procedures so there is no lapse of work to minimize down time.
