Inside Our PICU
Our Pediatric Intensive Care Unit provides advanced, family-centered care for up to 28 critically ill infants, children, and adolescents up to age 20.
You'll join a collaborative, high-acuity critical care team that includes experienced nurses, patient care technicians, critical care ARNPs, and board-certified critical care physicians working side by side.

Mission Générale
Dans le cadre d'un congé maternité au sein de l'équipe France Bénélux, et sous la responsabilité de la Responsable des Clients Nationaux France, vous occuperez le poste de Responsable Grands Comptes.
Votre rôle central consistera à piloter et développer la relation commerciale avec les distributeurs qui vous seront confiés, en incarnant l'interlocuteur(rice) privilégié(e) aussi bien en interne qu'auprès des partenaires externes.

Principales activités
* Négociation et animation :
- Négocier les accords annuels avec chacune des enseignes
- S'assurer d'une parfaite contractualisation
- Faire vivre l'accord dans le cadre des objectifs annuels : assurer le référencement des nouveautés et offres promotionnelles et optimiser tous les leviers
- Construire et organiser la présentation des plans annuels
- Développer une forte relation entre l'enseigne et Hermès :
* approfondir la connaissance de l'organisation et agir à tous les niveaux pour bâtir un partenariat gagnant pour les deux parties
* définir les prestations à apporter dans tous les domaines (logistique, informatique, commercial et marketing)
* transmettre et animer le savoir-faire et la singularité de notre maison auprès de nos interlocuteurs
- Mobiliser les équipes terrain sur ses enseignes en collaboration avec le Responsable National des Ventes
* Gestion :
- Tenir à jour le P&L des Clients dont vous aurez la charge
- Construire les prévisions Sell-in et Sell-out
- Suivre régulièrement les indicateurs clés de performance et les objectifs
- Mener une analyse mensuelle du business
- Piloter les budgets (Moyens moteurs, accords commerciaux, charges de structure...)
- Identifier les facteurs clés de succès et les partager
* Politique Commerciale :
- Recommander la stratégie de négociation, les besoins en moyens et les plans d'action nécessaires
- Être un acteur du Comité Commercial
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les différents services siège et support

Détail de la mission
Dimensions techniques du poste :
* Suivre les chantiers d'infrastructures techniques et de rénovation de bâtiment avec un enjeux fort sur les sujets CVC, traitement air et climatisation.
* Participer à des projets de décarbonation des infrastructures de la filière textile,
* Elaborer des projets de construction de bâtiments,
* Evoluer dans un environnement industriel et savoir intégrer les contraintes liées aux machines de production.
Gestion de projets dans la phase réalisation :
* Accompagner les réceptions et anticiper l'exploitation des futures installations
