Primary Function
* Responsible for documentation of underground utility conditions via visual inspection techniques, as well as using Global Positioning System (GPS), Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR), smoke testing equipment, and by other physical/visual means, and if necessary manual tools, i.e., shovels, and probes.
* Candidates should be physically able to lift and carry the required testing and inspection equipment and tools (up to 50lbs), to open manholes (up to 120lbs) and to traverse difficult terrain.
* Work independently under all weather conditions and physical environments to provide field inspection services

Work Schedule:
The DuPont schedule is a rotating 12-hour schedule that alternates between day and night shifts.
Employees work blocks of 3-4 shifts at a time with scheduled days off in between, and each rotation includes a full 7-day break.
While the schedule includes extended time off compared to a traditional Monday-Friday schedule, that time off is subject to operational needs, and mandatory overtime may be scheduled, which can occasionally reduce or adjust scheduled days off.

ACC / AEC Hardware & PCA Validation
* Lead bring-up and validation of ACC/AEC cable assemblies with embedded PCAs

The Plant Facilities Engineer reports to the Facilities and Maintenance Manager and is responsible for maintaining, improving, and optimizing the performance, reliability, and compliance of facility mechanical and electrical systems in an industrial manufacturing environment.
This role also leads and supports facility capital projects from concept through commissioning, working closely with Maintenance, Production, Quality, Environmental Health & Safety (EHS), and Engineering teams to support safe operations, asset reliability, energy efficiency, and cost reduction.
