Tu propósito será liderar al equipo de producción y dar cumplimiento a los planes de producción de tu línea, buscando maximizar el OEE, asegurando el cumplimiento de las políticas de seguridad, Salud, Medio Ambiente (EHS), Calidad (QMSR-BPM), EPR (Engagement, Performance, Review) de LEAN y cultura de compañía.
Algunas de tus principales responsabilidades:
* Asegurar la implementación y dar cumplimiento a los programas corporativos: EHS (Enviroment, Hygiene and Safety), QMSR (Gestión de calidad, EWMA), Cost Transformation (Ahorro de costos), Control de Procesos, Buenas Prácticas de Manufactura (BPM), Control interno (SOX), TKT (training), OPM, OPEX (Excelencia Operacional).
* Liderar un gran equipo de trabajo operativo.
* Desarrollar y aplicar los documentos del proceso conforme a la política y objetivos de calidad.
* Participar en la solución de no conformidades detectadas en su área que tengan relación con las responsabilidades asignadas a su cargo.
* Asegurar el cumplimiento del plan de producción siguiendo los lineamientos de calidad y seguridad corporativos.
* Garantizar el análisis de stock de máximos y mínimos de consumibles de procesos.
* Asegurar los KPI´s principales de eficiencia, waste y productividad.
* Asegurar que la planeación sea adecuada a su rueda lógica de producción.
* Controlar que no haya tiempos perdidos por causas no imputables a la operación.
* Asegurar los costos de producción del activo fijo incluyendo las variaciones generadas de la operación.
* Coordinar que las actividades de mantenimiento del activo fijo se cumplan a cabalidad y se actualicen de acuerdo con el estado de este.
* Coordinar las intervenciones de mantenimiento para que se ejecuten en el tiempo y condiciones pactadas de manera eficaz.

The Relationship Manager I (RM I) primary role is to consult with members.

The RS I position exists in branches having a cash operation.
Under general supervision, the RS I performs a wide variety of duties relating to handling member transactions including but not limited to; receiving and disbursing funds, posting deposits and loan / VISA payments, making account transfers, issuing money orders, making cash advances, recommending other products and services, performing all types of withdrawals, account maintenance, and opening savings, checking, money market and certificate of deposit accounts (excluding trust and IRA accounts).
The RS I is comprehensively cross-trained to provide plastic card services such as; issuing temporary cards, re-pinning existing cards, and ordering new cards.
