JOB SUMMARY: In the Multi-Site maintenance technician role, you will be responsible for maintaining two or more properties.
Responsible for maintaining the physical integrity and appearance of the property by ensuring all buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet company standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality.
This includes performing routine maintenance, handling resident service requests, and supporting the efficient operation of the property.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: include the following but are not limited to the job specifications contained herein.
