Purpose of the job:
The purpose of this role is to act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams for our data related services, ensuring smooth onboarding, accurate data service delivery, and timely issue resolution.

Rattaché(e) au Responsable qualité, votre rôle vise à garantir que nos produits et services répondent aux exigences clients au travers :
* De l'excellence de la qualité des offres livrées aux clients
* De l'excellence de la qualité de la chaîne d'approvisionnement (des fournisseurs aux clients)
* De la gestion rapide et efficace des mesures de confinement pour protéger les clients (Mur Qualité - ...)
* Des actions préventives pour éviter les problèmes récurrents (AMDEC, audit ligne, etc.).
Vos missions :
Vous êtes en charge de la qualité d'un ou plusieurs atelier(s) dont les missions sont les suivantes :
* S'assure que le plan de contrôle des processus est appliqué, et conforme à l'analyse des modes de défaillance et des effets (AMDEC)
* Pilote les audits process, les audits lignes et les AMDEC des lignes de fabrication
* Crée et maintient à niveau les documents de contrôle qualité, assure la formation et l'application correspondantes dans les secteurs
* Gère les dérogations
* Pilote l'amélioration continue sur les lignes de production dont vous avez la charge
* Mène des actions de confinement, analyse des causes profondes des problèmes de qualité et résout les problèmes Qualité dans son secteur (8D)
* Représente le service Qualité lors de l'animation à intervalle court (AIC2) des lignes de production
* Représente son/ses secteur(s) lors des réunions CRIMES (traitement des réclamation clients)
* Participe aux projets PEP et PMP.
Vous êtes l'expert Qualité local, des produits assemblés de votre secteur.
Le rôle est basé à Fontanil Cornillon (Grenoble), vous pouvez être amener à vous déplacer occasionnellement.
