Primary Duties & Responsibilities
* Analyze wearout and random FIT data for different class of semiconductor devices.
* Fit reliability degradation models to electro optical measurements
* Derive critical parameters which influence degradation in optical semiconductors.
* Calculate random and Wearout FIT estimates for electro-optical semiconductor ICs.
* Summarize your findings in a powerpoint files for diverse audiences.
