Responsibilities
* Manages the day-to-day healthcare operations of the community to ensure resident's healthcare needs are met.

Position Summary
Nemours Children's is seeking up to two full-time Pediatric Psychologists with expertise in pediatric hematology and oncology.
These positions are vital in supporting the Division of Pediatric Hematology/Oncology, providing comprehensive psychological services to children and adolescents with blood disorders and cancer.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver outpatient psychological care to pediatric hematology/oncology patients and their families at Nemours Children's Health in Jacksonville, FL.
* Provide inpatient consultative psychological services at Wolfson Children's Hospital, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
* Conduct psychological assessments, develop treatment plans, and offer evidence-based interventions for children coping with chronic illness and emotional challenges related to their diagnosis.
* Participate in multidisciplinary rounds, team meetings, and collaborative patient care planning.
* Support family adjustment and provide psychoeducation to patients, families, and medical staff.
* Engage in quality improvement initiatives and program development within the division.
Qualifications
* Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Clinical, Counseling, or School Psychology from an APA-accredited program.
* Completion of an APA-accredited internship with specialized experience in pediatric psychology.
* Postdoctoral fellowship or equivalent experience in pediatric hematology/oncology preferred.
* Current or eligible for Florida licensure as a psychologist.
* Demonstrated experience providing psychological services to children with chronic or life-threatening medical conditions.
* Demonstrates strong abilities in assessment, intervention, consultation, and working collaboratively across disciplines.
Opportunities for research are both available and encouraged, as is an interest in supervising pre-doctoral and post-doctoral students, fellows, and medical residents.

Nemours is seeking an Advanced Practice Providers to work in our new Primary Care Offices located in South St.
Cloud and Davenport, Florida.
Responsibilities:
* Provides medical and nursing care to pediatric patients with acute or chronic illnesses, with a patient/family centered care focus.
* Performs complete or focused physical examinations.
* Orders, performs, and/or interprets diagnostic or screening tests in order to develop treatment plans.
* Refers clients to other health care professionals and agencies as appropriate for specialized services, including but not limited to: other medical subspecialists, physical and occupational therapy, nutritional counseling and management, special education, growth and development/behavioral counseling.
* Develops or approves in-school management plans for patients as appropriate.
* Makes dietary, activity/exercise, counseling, education and health promotion recommendations within the APRN scope of practice.
* Must commit to working 2 Saturdays a month (4 to 6 hours shifts)
* Initiates any other measure/procedure for which the APRN has been trained depending on patient's condition and judgment of the physician and the APRN.
Requirements:
* Must have certification as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
* Must have current Florida APRN or PA license in good standing
* Previous pediatric experience required
* Current American Heart Association BLS

The Sterile Processing Department (SPD) Technician is responsible for inspection, decontamination, sterilization, and assembly of surgical instrumentation within the guidelines set forth by industry standards and regulations to include, but not limited to, the

The SPD Technician is accountable for adherence to the policies and procedures of Nemours to include Nemours Children's Health, Delaware, Nemours Children's Health, Malvern, and Deptford Ambulatory Surgery Center (DASC).
The SPD Technician is responsible for adherence to preference cards in preparing surgical case carts and supporting the operating room central cores based on daily assignments.
The SPD Technician is expected to maintain all state and federal clearances for DE, PA, and NJ for periodic rotation to the Malvern Surgery Center, PA and the Deptford Ambulatory Surgery Center, Deptford, NJ as the discretion of Perioperative Leadership.

* Saturday/Sunday - 7:00 am - 7:30 pm, Thursday/Friday 7:00 am- 3:30 pm
Responsibilities:
Responsible for following established protocols for inspecting, decontaminating, preparing and packaging, disinfecting or sterilizing instrumentation, and storing medical/surgical supplies and equipment.
Responsible for distribution medical and surgical supplies from sterile processing areas to other areas within the facility as needed.
Responsible for adherence to standard precautions including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Responsible for following safety procedures and manufacturer's instructions when handling cleaning solutions, supplies and equipment.
Demonstrates competence in operating equipment used in the sterile processing areas safely and according to the manufacturer's instructions for use.
Responsible for monitoring, interpreting, and documenting results of physical, chemical and biological indicators for all types of sterilizers used in the sterile processing areas.
Responsible for preparing and distributing surgical case carts according to physician's preference lists and anticipated needs of the perioperative team.
