What You'll Be Doing
As a Crisis Peer Counselor, you will provide vital peer support services during the NOC (overnight) shift, helping children, youth, adolescents, and their caregivers during behavioral health crises.
Under the guidance of the Program Manager, your work will focus on stabilization, advocacy, empowerment, and community-based support.
Your core responsibilities include:
* Offering emotional support, mentorship, and hope grounded in shared lived experience.
* Assisting clients with recovery planning, coping skills, and community living strategies.
* Helping clients access mental health, substance use, and peer support services, as well as basic needs.
* Supporting the natural support systems of clients-families, friends, and caregivers-through validation and education.
* Collaborating with clinical staff to monitor client symptoms, inform treatment goals, and provide holistic care.

This is a community-based outreach role, meaning much of your work may take place outside traditional settings, including homes, schools, shelters, or other locations in the community.

U nder supervision, this position performs a range of therapeutic assignments related to the field of mental or behavioral health services and psychiatric social work, which includes the design and implementation of personalized treatment plans, individual and group psychotherapy, evaluations and investigations, and professional counseling, as applicable by professional licensing law, in order to meet the needs of consumers with mental or emotional disorders; and performs other related duties as required.
The shift for this position is a rotating day shift 12-hour shift 7:00AM to 7:30PM to include weekdays and weekends.
Incumbent are also required to complete a level one Sheriff background clearance.

About Detention Behavioral Health Services A mental health response team is available to address life threatening situations such as suicidal ideation or attempts in the jails.
All referred individuals receive a mental health evaluation to determine the presence of a psychiatric problem and identify the services needed.
Medication services are provided as needed along with follow up mental health referrals for outpatient services.
In addition to the base pay, Clinical Therapists assigned to DETENTION positions receive an hourly differential of 20%.
This differential applies to all hours worked, which is any regular or overtime hours worked up to 80 hours per pay period (it does not apply to the use of leave balances).
Please note this differential is temporary and can be removed at any time.
Incumbents in this classification are eligible to receive a forensic mental health differential of 8.3%.

Scope:
The Principal Manufacturing Integration Engineer will lead in the establishment of manufacturing lines Globally that will produce new products within CooperSurgical sites and outside vendors.
The manufacturing lines will meet the manufacturing goal of consistently producing quality, low-cost products, ensuring optimum manufacturing methods, techniques and implementing cost improvement programs.
The Principal Manufacturing Integration Engineer ensures the quality of the manufacturing deliverables and timely delivery of products that meet customer needs, business objectives and strategic goals.
The Principal Manufacturing Integration Engineer must maintain a proper balance between operations support and project management, serve as the Senior operations and manufacturing representative on Integration projects and product line transfers, and will interface with Product Engineering, Design Quality, Quality Engineering, Plant Engineering, purchasing, facilities and Regulatory.
Typical production lines that are being set up are $1M plus in spend and can be anywhere globally.
Job Summary:
This position will take the lead on transferring/duplicating/ modifying production lines from location typically at an acquisition site and landing the production at CooperSurgical site or approved supplier.
This will also typically be preparing a site to take on the new manufacturing through construction and facility modifications.
