JOB FUNCTION/ PURPOSE
The Accountant is responsible for applying the principles of accounting to analyze financial information and prepare financial reports.

RESPONSIBILITIES
* Compiles and analyzes financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts, documenting business transactions.
* Produces monthly P&L and balance sheet
* Calculates commissions for sales reps monthly
* Makes recommendations regarding the accounting of reserves, assets, and expenditures
* Conducts studies and submits recommendations for improving the organization's accounting operation.
* Coordinates monthly close process
* Participate in internal and external audits
* Understands and adheres to all company health and safety procedures as they relate to essential job functions.
QUALIFICATIONS

* Excellent understanding of accounting principles
* Proficient computer (Excel and Word)/ten key skills

Clinical skill is foundational to this role, including the ability to identify comorbid and differential diagnostics, and engage in direct client management throughout case adjudication.

Welche Aufgaben Sie übernehmen
* Auftragsannahme über verschiedenste Portale des Kunden
* Auftragsbearbeitung durch Buchung von Lade-/ Entladezeitfenstern & Weitergabe von Kennzeichen an den Kunden
* Klärung sämtlicher Angelegenheiten seitens Unternehmer und/oder Kunden auch im Pharmabereich
* Anfragen des Kunden bearbeiten (z.B.
neue Transporte, geänderte Preise o.ä.)
* Analyse jeglicher Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten für den Kunden
* Optimale Lösungen für den Kunden finden mit den verantwortlichen Kolleg:innen sowohl national als auch international
* Klärung von offenen Rechnungsfällen sowohl mit Kunden als auch interner Buchhaltung

Erfahrungen und Kenntnisse:
* Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Berufserfahrung im kaufmännischen Bereich
* Sie verfügen über mindestens 1-2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im kaufmännischen Bereich.
* Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und schnelle Einarbeitung in unser TMS-System oder in andere Digitale Anwendungen
