Maximus is currently hiring for a Clinic Assistant to join our Veterans Evaluation Services (VES) team in Irving, TX.
The Clinic Assistant is responsible for assisting providers and veterans on exam days in any manner needed, general problem solving in a solutions-oriented manner for both providers and veterans and updating case statuses as available.
The ideal candidate possesses the desire to assist our wounded veterans with a caring, positive, and patriotic attitude.
Due to contract requirements, only US Citizen or a Green Card holder can be considered for this opportunity.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform all job functions in compliance with HIPAA policies and adhere to local and externally relevant health and safety laws and policies.
- Gather and provide necessary information to providers; may include gathering forms, documents, and vital signs necessary to the evaluation.
- Provide a high level of customer service by greeting and directing all visitors, answering inquiries, confirming contact and appointment information, and otherwise facilitating a positive experience.
- Document all actions taken and other pertinent information as it relates to veteran and provider interaction.
- Clean exam rooms between each appointment and otherwise maintain stock and cleanliness of the clinic throughout the day.
- Ability to work onsite in the Irving, TX clinic required
- Must be willing and able to travel to other clinics in the southern region as needed
- Must be willing and able to work some weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) as needed
- Customer service/hospitality industry experience highly preferred
- Valid Driver License required (not currently suspended/revoked/expired)
- Experience in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Outlook) highly preferred

Maximus is currently recruiting for a Workforce Report - Analyst, to support our CDC INFO (Centers for Disease Control) program.
*This is a bring your own device position which requires you to provide your own personal computer, webcam, & headset with microphone, during the training period (Tablets, iPads, and Chromebooks are not permitted).
* This position is projected to last approximately 6 months.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Overall responsibility for identifying and documenting operational business requirements and processes, including providing clarification on any requirement discrepancies.
- Perform all internal reporting needs of the department.
- Extract, tabulate, and analyze and present data to support program activity and assist in management decision making.
- Identify, analyze, and communicate all system and process defects.
- Identify innovative strategies to create operational and/or system efficiencies.
- Work effectively with internal and external business partners in the delivery of solutions.
- Ensure service levels are met or exceeded, and to maximize efficiencies regarding call volume and staffing.
- Provide analytical review and determinations around forecasting to ensure appropriate staffing levels are met.
- Provide complex staffing plans based on volume expectations and past performance, while monitoring intraday, staffing data, and agent adherence in real-time.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in related field OR equivalent combination of education and experience considered in lieu of degree.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience required.
- Strong MS Excel skills and experience preferred.
