We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Category Director to lead sourcing initiatives for our Telco (Telecommunications) Network category, with a specialized focus on Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) solutions.
This role will be responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies, managing supplier relationships, and driving cost optimization and innovation across the telecommunications and CCaaS landscape.
In addition, this role will manage a small team of Strategic Sourcing Telco and Network professionals.

Le titulaire joue un rôle clé dans l’amélioration continue des processus de gestion et d’opérations, en s’appuyant sur les principes d’ABS (Amélioration Basée sur les Systèmes) et de REX (Fiabilité des Équipements).
Il favorise un climat de travail harmonieux et assure l’uniformité des pratiques en matière de relations de travail et de gestion des ressources humaines.
Responsabilités principales :
* Agir comme agent de changement, être un coach auprès de son équipe de superviseurs, les encadrer et les développer;
* Application des processus permettant l’amélioration de la productivité, la fiabilité des équipements et la flexibilité opérationnelle dans son secteur, tout en respectant les conventions collectives en vigueur;
* Participation aux enquêtes formelles et au suivi des mesures correctives;
* Apporter des améliorations en matière de santé sécurité pour son secteur.
Participer aux audits de son secteur;
* Participer à l’implantation des Meilleures Pratiques Alcoa visant l’amélioration des processus et procédés d’opération en collaboration avec le Centre d’Excellence Alcoa;
* Assurer le maintien de communications fluides inter et intra sectorielles;
* Fournit l’expertise en résolution de problèmes;
* Participe en tant que membre actif aux rencontres et activités de l’équipe de superviseurs exploitation de l’usine.
Requis:
* 5 et 7 années d’expérience en gestion d’équipes dans un environnement industriel ou manufacturier;
* Excellente maîtrise du français et connaissance opérationnelle de l’anglais, assurant une communication fluide avec les partenaires et les instances corporatives.
