This role defines, improves and deploys Quotation CPQ Cloud platform with the objective to bring, a superior experience to our customers and Partners but also to bring a competitive advantage to our Front & Middle office with the right tools.
Creating an effective Quotation Platform is a top priority of the operations in the SE Group as Quotation is key for our commercial performance and one of the top points to increase satisfaction of our customers and partners.

Job Description
Within the Quotation CPQ Platform Team, in relationships with the Quotation Capability owner and the business, you are gathering and evaluating the business requirements for the Oracle CPQ Cloud platform.
Your project is part of the large-scale Front Office growth and business transformation.
Your responsibilities are to:
* Analyze the requirements, identify the gaps and propose the enhancement of the solution
* Lead cross functional process discussions and deep dives, negotiate appropriate target process, and document "as is" as well as "to be" processes
* Collaborate and challenge external IT partners and internal development teams in multiple countries
* Evaluate information gathered, making the complex simple, and deliver an answer that drives to best practice and solution scalability
* Promote the reference model to minimize evolution
* Own and lead some topics (RPA, document management, UI/UX, mobile..)
Qualifications
* University or Engineering degree, preferably in a technical discipline with business management
* Proven successful experience with business requirements in complex international environments
* Good knowledge of front office products such as Salesforce.com or Oracle CPQ Cloud (BigMachines) or equivalent, ERP platforms (mainly SAP and/or Oracle)
* Minimum 5 years' experience in the IT field

* Comfortable in challenging environments
* Ability to act as owner and ensure the right level of collaboration
* Experience into business analysis (converting business requirements into specifications)
* Strong analytical skills and demonstrated business judgment
* Strong interpersonal skills, with ability to communicate and convince at various levels of organization
