The Technician I, Maintenance will perform preventative maintenance and repairs, assist with troubleshooting on customer facilities to include electrical, plumbing, HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), hydraulics systems, painting, welding, and carpentry in order to support the mission of the organization.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
* Light bulb/ballast replacement and repair.
* Assist with multi-phase carpentry.
* Assist with electrical/electronic work as required.
* Painting as required.
* Regular filter changes and assist with basic maintenance of HVAC systems.
* Assist with and perform preventative maintenance as required.
* Collect and deliver parts and tools to work areas.
* Clean up job site/work area(s).
* Trouble shooting various building systems.
* Perform Quality Control (QC) checks throughout customer facilities.
* Maintain vehicle stock and tools.
* Other duties as assigned.

Education:

* Ability to use a variety of hand tools and maintenance equipment.
* Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
