Run and analyze various reports related to W-9's, special fees, government ground lease payments as well as ground lease option and ground renewals.

What You Will Do – Primary Responsibilities
* Coordinate, organize and ensure all work related to processing leases and amendments is flowing properly.
* Ensure all related processes are being adhered to, including scheduled pick-up and drop-off times.
* Prepare all new tenant leases and amendments for execution.
This entails indicating where a witness, notary and signature is needed, circulating them to the appropriate individuals in the department, dating each agreement in the applicable places and providing to Site Leasing for final execution.
