JOB SUMMARY
The Operations Manager is responsible for leading the overall performance and management of our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Casa Grande, AZ.
The Operations Manager ensures the safe, efficient, and cost-effective production of high-quality products that meet or exceed customer expectations.
Reporting to the Vice President of Operations, this role provides leadership across all functional areas of the plant including production, quality, safety, maintenance, and supply chain.

* Verbally intervenes during crisis.
This includes the functional ability to quickly grasp various situations, develop rapport emotionally, and understand when people are or are not processing information, and be supportive or directive as needed.
* Physically intervenes during crises.
* Escorts persons and assists client personnel as needed.
* Is constantly alert and vigilant for activities which could result in injury to a person or damage to or loss of property.
* Writes accurate, clear, and legible reports.
* Maintains a positive working relationship with co-workers, client staff members, and other client vendors.
* Maintains a functional knowledge of a facility and where applicable of multiple facilities.
