* Determine the effects of measurement projects on existing material balance systems and equipment develop a scope of required equipment and communicate measurement needs to all stakeholders.
* Assist the development and maintenance of corporate standards for measurement across all the company.
* Develop recommendations for improvements to existing systems and practices to streamline measurement processes internal and external to the department.
* Provide leadership and guidance to less experienced members of the group
* Coordinate with Engineering and Field Operations on new and changes to existing measurement projects to ensure proper selection and installation of equipment for custody measurement and material balance measurement.
Coordinate within the department to ensure proper measurement technical teams are involved in project execution and maintenance and troubleshooting efforts for measurement locations.
* Develop expertise in Gas and Liquid measurement practices, standards, and applications including meter specifications, installations, proving, calibrations, and communication.

The Energy Efficiency Expert will support clients on their decarbonization journey with consulting services from company level to site level to assist them to define roadmap and development plan.
You'll join a passionate and highly motivated team of experts helping our clients navigate corporate structures and manage diverse groups of stakeholders to execute successful energy efficient and decarbonized strategies.

Commercial Targets: Take full accountability for meeting and exceeding commercial targets for energy supply advisory sales in Hispanic Latin America.

Team Management: Provide leadership, coaching, and management to a team of energy supply advisory sales professionals operating across Hispanic Latam, focusing particularly on Mexico, Colombia, Peru, Chile, and Argentina.
3.
Renewable Energy Focus: Drive the advancement and implementation of Renewable Energy Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) advisory services across Hispanic Latin America, aligning with the organization's focus on sustainability and renewable energy solutions.
4.
Strategy Contribution: Play a key role in shaping the offer strategy for energy supply advisory services in Hispanic Latin America, leveraging market insights and customer needs to drive business growth.
5.
Collaboration: Work closely with an international community of delivery managers to ensure seamless alignment between sales and delivery functions, fostering a cohesive and integrated approach to client engagement and service delivery.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in commercial sales, particularly within the energy sector and/or advisory services.
• Demonstrated success in leading and motivating teams to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Strong understanding of the energy market in Hispanic Latin America, with a focus on Mexico, Colombia, Peru, Chile, and Argentina.
• Knowledge or experience in Renewable Energy Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) is highly desirable.
