Cuál será tu función
El Analista Sr de Revenue Growth Management (RGM) liderará las estrategias de precio, promoción y portafolio para un grupo de marcas en Colombia, logrando un entendimiento por canal online y offline.
Será responsaible de asegurar la rentabilidad y garantizar un crecimiento sostenido a nivel de venta, agregando valor a nuestras marcas, clientes, compradores y consumidores.
Adicional a esto , contribuirá con el desarrollo de la capacidad de RGM convirtiéndola en una ventaja competitiva a través de proyectos innovadores que aumentarán el análisis y la asertividad en la toma de decisiones de negocio.
Principales Responsabilidades
• Liderar las estrategias de RGM a través de:
o Identificar oportunidades para aumentar el crecimiento sostenible y rentable de las marcas con una mentalidad outside-in y desarrollar hipótesis, pruebas y compartir aprendizajes para mejorar y escalar las pruebas exitosas.
o Hacer tracking a los KPIs de negocio y ajustar ágilmente para cumplir con los objetivos, garantizando excelencia en ejecución.
o Apoyar al equipo comercial en el desarrollo de estrategias de RGM para los diferentes canales .
• Contribuir con el proceso de creación, innovación y desarrollo de cada uno de los pilares de RGM (Precio, Promoción, Portafolio) mejorando o integrando nuevas metodologías, herramientas, entre otros, para garantizar la evolución del área, convirtiéndola en una ventaja competitiva para la organización .
• Desarrollar el conocimiento y de RGM en la organización a través de la democratización de herramientas de análisis y diagnóstico, el correcto entrenamiento conceptual para cada una de las posiciones de la organización y la construcción de clínicas de de aprendizaje.
