Role Summary
The Senior Investment Accountant primarily supports the investment accounting function for US GAAP and statutory reporting, including ledger close and disclosure responsibilities.
The position may also support the management reporting cycle as well local administrative functions for certain reporting applications.

This role is very detail oriented, and you'll spend the majority of your day working on our computer system entering data and/or talking on the phone.
Role Responsibilities
* Below are the 3 main functions this role is hiring for you will work 1 of these Roles.
+ Inbound calls and outbound calls welcoming and gathering patient demographics and arranging 1st shipment.
+ Creating requests and making Outbound calls to providers and doctors office for prescription requests.
+ Data Entry focused functions.
* Ensure prescriptions are accurately entered into system.
* Investigate issues with pharmacist, doctors & other healthcare providers.
* Provide guidance to our patients about medication coverage.
* Juggle multiple tasks without sacrificing attention to detail.
Position Requirements
* High School Diploma or GED
* Customer Service experience required, phone experience, a plus
* Valid Pharmacy Technician license/certification/registration as required by state laws.
* Tech Savvy- Strong computer / data entry ability with Microsoft Office products
* High speed internet with wired ethernet connection.

How You'll Make an Impact:
* Unpack and evaluate incoming products safely for correct count and condition in comparison to purchase orders.
* Operate material handling equipment and hand tools such as forklifts, pallet jacks (manual and electric), carts, dollies, box cutters, wire cutters, etc.-to unload trucks and stock the warehouse/pharmacy.
