Responsabilidades:
* Responsável por gerenciar o desempenho OG e equipes em nível global nas fases de Tendering & Execution.
* Responsável pelo desempenho de compras Out-Group durante as fases de tendering e execução.
* Gerenciar especialistas em baixa e média tensão (Quoteam) / Implementar e monitorar operações para participação em intake de pedidos e melhoria de margem.
* Apoiar Front Offices em tender (qualidade da oferta, data de submissão...) e fases de execução (entrega, VO, manufatura...).
* Conduzir comitê de Steering com Front Offices e Back Offices para apoiar ações Out-Group.
* Conduzir relacionamento com fornecedores Out-Group baseado em qualidade, tempo de entrega e custos, por meio de workshops regulares.
* Atuar como SME (subject matter expert) para provisão OG em BFO na fase Tendering conforme DOA (delegação de autoridade).
* Apoiar em quaisquer questões OG (escassez, margens, reclamações de qualidade etc.).
Requisitos:
* Graduação em Administração de Empresas, Comércio Exeterior ou áreas relacionadas.
* Pós-graduação em Supply Chain é um diferencial.
* Sólida experiência em Compras, Logística ou atividades de Fulfillment.
* Experiência em projetos e/ou negócios de serviços.
