The Trauma Performance Improvement (PI) Coordinator, under the supervision of the Trauma Program Manager (TPM), provides coordination and facilitation of performance improvement data collection, analysis, trending and benchmarking of data and outcomes.
The Trauma PI Coordinator will collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, consultants and multi-disciplinary trauma team members to assure quality patient outcomes across the continuum of care as well as collaborates closely with Trauma Program leadership to assure compliance with Trauma standards and guidelines.
