Procurement Leader, Brand Labelling Power Products NAM
Lead Sourcing Strategy for given Brand Labelling (BL) Categories assigned and develop world class supplier panel working very closely with Line of Business (LoB) Procurement Leaders and other LoB functions such as League Leaders and Product Owners.
Responsibility includes maintaining Supplier Relationship (SRM), Supplier Performance and leadership of new product development in BL mode.
What will you do?
* Brand Labelling Supplier Management:
* Develop and Execute suppliers' strategy.
* Drive suppliers' performance to support the business growth.
* Conduct needs/spend-budget analysis, maintain of procurement portfolio, mapping of critical parts/technology with products, tracking of raw materials price index & update.
* Support cross-functional team to mitigate supplier conflict, invoice dispute, supplies risk, and collaborate to drive supplier performance in term of cost, quality and delivery.
* Lead negotiation with Brand Labeling suppliers (Price, MOQ, LT, Incoterm, Payment Term, Contract etc.) and support implementing QVE/COS proposals.
* Solve issues with suppliers when received escalation.
* Manage supply qualifications, coordinate, and establish required procurement agreement, contracts, or legal documentations.
* Conduct regular business review with suppliers & stakeholders to drive sustainable performance.
* Act as an interface, representing SE as "Supplier Leader" in managing Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) with assigned suppliers.
Products Development
* Supplier Sourcing & Selection:
* Provide existing supplier information including products, pricing, develop competency, delivery and quality performance to project.
* Lead new supplier qualification process including SAM audit arrangement and actions follow up.
* Participate in selection of best suppliers per project needs.
* Participate in Make or Buy decision in early development phase.
Other project related activities:
* Support R&D to discuss technical topics with suppliers.
* Support logistic leader to define logistic flow and master data creation.
* Support quality leader to complete product validation / PPAP process.
* Arrange process audit to ensure product production launch.
* Gather and manage project cost target and negotiate supplier price to achieve such cost target.

ConMet - Monroe, NC – Machine Shop Maintenance Technicians will participate in all aspects of maintenance, conducting inspections and major equipment repairs to ensure equipment always meets ConMet standards for quality and production rate. Key Duties
* Regularly surveys all processes, including annual maintenance routines for major equipment.
* Expedites work in response to equipment failures, performing inspections and determining corrective actions.
* Experience with troubleshooting, repair, teardown and restoration of large CNC cells is preferred.
* Experience with maintenance of conveyor systems and hydraulic and pneumatic assembly equipment is highly desired.
* Repairs plant equipment in regard to all production machines, fixtures, tooling, and facility necessaries.
* Fabricates and welds components as needed.
* Fills out work orders and assists equipment vendors on-site as needed.
* Assists in assuring all equipment is safe to operate.
