About the Job:
The Digital Banker I is the first step in a journey to create a fulfilling and rewarding career as a member of the Digital Banking team at Independent Bank.
In this position, the DB1 will focus on learning and/or reviewing the basic banking functions, and the fundamental banking terms, products, and solutions offered by Independent Bank.
Primary role is to service the customer through various digital channels, which include phone, email and online banking.
Availability: Monday - Friday from 8:00am - 8:00pm, Saturday 8:00am - 5:00pm; Standard shift of 11:30am - 8:00pm may be considered if desired - Otherwise, shifts will rotate within the hours noted above.
Saturdays operate on a rotational basis as well.
