For this role, you will need:
* A high school diploma is required (some college and/or additional training / certificates preferred).
* Relevant years of proven experience in a foundry environment commensurate with the level of this position.
* Supervisory experience in a maintenance environment with mechanical and electrical understanding.
* Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
* Ability to read equipment blueprints.
* Ability to spend majority of the day on the floor walking/standing.
* Available to work weekends to support production, work on projects or PM’s.
* Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now and in the future.
