POSITION SUMMARY:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Regulatory Affairs Intern to provide day-to-day support for Regulatory Affairs activities and operations.
Under the guidance of Regulatory Affairs team members, this role will assist with document organization, information management, and administrative coordination across a range of Regulatory Affairs activities.
Responsibilities may include supporting internal documentation systems (e.g., SharePoint libraries), helping compile and maintain information used for external reporting, assisting with tracking of selected regulatory/standards updates, and contributing to supervised exploratory improvement initiatives (including evaluation of new tools and workflows).
In addition to these core responsibilities, the intern will gain comprehensive exposure to regulatory frameworks governing cell and gene therapy products, providing a unique opportunity to deepen their understanding of the biopharmaceutical industry's regulatory landscape.
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
• Documentation & information management support: Assist with organizing, labeling, and indexing Regulatory Affairs documents; support cleanup of shared folders/document libraries (e.g., SharePoint) using established naming and filing conventions; and flag potentially outdated or duplicate files for team review.
• External reporting & internal tracking support: Assist with gathering, compiling, and entering information for external reporting needs (e.g., WMDA and other agency-related requests) as directed; update internal trackers, reference logs, and status reports; and help prepare materials for internal review of submissions.
• Regulatory/standards monitoring support: Assist with monitoring updates from selected regulatory and standards organizations as assigned; help log and track relevant changes using team templates/tools; and draft brief internal summaries of key updates for team review.
• Exploratory improvement initiatives (supervised): Support supervised pilot activities that evaluate new tools, templates, or process improvements (which may include AI-assisted approaches).
• General team support & learning: Provide general team and operational support as assigned; attend team meetings, training sessions, and learning activities.
• Regulatory insights: Gain hands-on experience with regulatory requirements relevant to innovative therapies (e.g., cell and gene therapies) and applicable U.S.
FDA regulations/guidance (e.g., 21 CFR 1271, 21 CFR 211, 21 CFR 312), as applicable to assigned work.

L'activité e-commerce Europe assure la distribution en ligne des produits Hermès dans 16 pays européens.
Elle joue un rôle central dans la transformation omnicanale des activités retail européennes.
L'équipe Hermès.com Europe (Hermès Distribution Europe) est aujourd'hui composée de plus de 120 personnes réparties en 5 Directions : Operations, Merchandising & Data, Finance et Projets, RH et Client & Service.
La direction Merchandising & Data est composée comme suit :
* 3 Retail Merchandisers organisés par Métier
* 1 Retail Planner
* 2 e-Visual Merchandisers
* 2 Acquisition & Data
Au sein de cette direction, vous êtes rattaché(e) à la Retail Planning Manager au sein de la Direction Merchandising & Data et vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec les Retail Merchandisers.
Vous êtes également en relation avec l'entité Finance de la filiale ainsi que les équipes centrales Europe.
MISSIONS PRINCIPALES
Analyse de la performance, pilotage et reporting
=> Suivi de la performance et reporting
* Contribution à l'analyse hebdomadaire et mensuelle des performances par pays et par métier (CA, months of stock, sell through, taux de livraison...),
* Préparation des points de suivi d'activité,
* Analyses récurrentes et ad hoc en collaboration avec les Retail Merchandisers et différentes équipes (traffic, CX, VM, Finance)
* Participation à la création et l'évolution des reportings,
=> Suivi des niveaux de stock
* Analyser des niveaux de stock et de couverture de stock par métier et typologie de produit,
* Accompagner le suivi des livraisons et des taux de facturation avec le Service Client,
* Mettre à jour l'atterrissage de stock à chaque exercice d'OTB (4 fois par an),
* Pilotage de l'approvisionnement des permanents stockés

* Mise en place d'un reporting des produits permanents stockés,
Dimensionnement des achats
* Être garant des cadrages OTB sur une partie des métiers (à définir en fonction du profil), en lien avec les Retail Merchandisers, pour identifier les bons niveaux d'achats, besoins de réassorts et de mix de permanents stockés

* D'optimiser le chiffre d'affaire, les sell-through et les couvertures de stock
Principales activités
Rattaché(e) à l'équipe Retail Merchandising, votre mission sera la suivante :
* Analyse / Opérationnel
* Suivi hebdomadaire et mensuel des KPIs par catégorie de produit, collection (CA, months of stock, sell through, taux de livraison...),
* Réaliser un reporting fiable et régulier de l'activité sur chacun des métiers du périmètre et par pays,
* Suivre les évolutions (mix métier, produits, etc.) et mettre en place des plans d'actions et/ou adapter la stratégie d'achats,
* Synthèse du feedback terrain sur les collections,
* Accompagnement de l'équipe sur la mise en place et le suivi de projets spécifiques.
* Piloter les achats & Optimiser les stocks
* Définir les budgets d'achats en collaboration avec les Retail Merch et Retail Planning et en adéquation avec la stratégie globale de la filiale et les opportunités de croissance de chaque métier,
* Préparer et participer aux achats 4 fois par an et contribuer à la définition d'une stratégie pour chaque métier,
* S'assurer d'un atterrissage de stock sein sur ses Métiers : en collaboration avec le Retail Merch et Retail Planner, suivre la couverture de stock et optimiser les stocks afin d'éviter les surstocks ou les ruptures.
Identifier les éventuels besoins de réassorts/transferts en cours de saison,
* Piloter l'assortiments des Permanents Stockés,
* Soutenir les opérations de déstockage de fin de saison.

Contexte :
La Holding Textile Hermès, coordonne les différentes unités de production textile au service du groupe Hermès et des marchés externes, depuis le tissage jusqu'à la confection et l'expédition des produits, tout en développant des synergies industrielles et humaines.
La Holding est composée de 8 sociétés basées majoritairement en région Rhône Alpes.
L'établissement HTH compte près de 250 collaborateurs et regroupe notamment des activités opérationnelles de contrôle qualité et d'expédition des produits finis réalisés dans la filière ainsi que les fonctions supports destinées à l'ensemble des entités de la Holding.
HTH est aujourd'hui à la recherche d'un Alternant(e) Ingénieur Qualité H/F à partir de Septembre 2023 et ce, pour une durée de 12 mois.
Mission
Rattaché.e au Responsable Qualité Matière Première, et en interface avec plusieurs services (laboratoire, logistique, production, fournisseurs), les missions seront les suivantes :
* Accompagner opérationnellement les initiatives d'amélioration qualité de nos produits (soie et cachemire) , en lien avec les équipes Qualité centrales et les sites de production (observation terrain, analyse qualité, ...)
