As a Picker for our Distribution Center, you are responsible for determining items to be picked and moving the items to totes.
Your purpose is to push and pull tote sacks from the general tote area to the staging roller area.

Day-in-the-Life of a Picker:
* Pick, pull, and pack daily outgoing merchandise.
* Operate Pick to Light system to fulfill store orders.
* May verify stock availability and replenish as needed.
* Affix labels, tickets, or tags.
* Examine and inspect containers, materials, and products in order to ensure that packing specifications are met in preparation to be forwarded to shipping department.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Interrogate data and other information to perform root cause analysis, impact assessments, and/or to identify key measures and indicators of process performance and make recommendations to improve or correct performance.
- Plan and execute analysis.
- Create and manage allied process documentation including business requirements, use case documentation and test plans.
- Ensure all required process documentation is accurate, correctly detailed, maintained, and organized in the appropriate repository.
- Design, execute, and evaluate test plans to ensure source data are accurately represented in presentation data objects (dashboards/reports).
- Facilitate discussions among process stakeholders (both technical and non-technical) in order to elicit, analyze, and validate requirements, as well as process design, and business intelligence (reporting) needs.
- Create visuals to present to clients and other staff, often requiring clear and persuasive explanation of complex processes to a non-technical audience.

- 3-5 years prior experience documenting process flows for automations.
- Proficiency in BPMN.
- Prior student loan experience preferred.

- Must reside in the U.S.
- Must be a U.S.
citizen.
- Must be able to pass a Federal Background Check.
- Must not be delinquent or in default on any Federal Student Loans.
Employment and continued employment are contingent upon obtaining and maintaining a favorable clearance.
Final suitability determination is the sole discretion of the Department of Education.
