As an Operations Senior Specialist within the Pre-Purchase team, you will be responsible for reviewing Tila-Respa Integrated Disclosures for completeness and ensuring compliance with regulatory and investor guidelines.
Job responsibilities
* Review escalated work requests from internal and external partners
* Review procedures and understand how to properly apply them when reviewing loans
* Validate client documentation is executed properly and accurately according to Chase purchasing requirements
