Job Description:
The New York County District Attorney's Office has an opening for a Counselor in its Survivor Services Unit (SSB).
In this position the Counselor is responsible for providing counseling and therapeutic services to assist all crime victims, witnesses, and their families.
These services may include short term counseling, crisis intervention, community referrals, orientation to the criminal justice system, case status updates, and court support.
Services will be provided in different office locations such as, the Main Office downtown, the Harlem Office and/or the Washington Heights Office.
There may be opportunity to be selected to focus in the areas of; Child victims, Men of Color, Asian American Pacific Islander (AAPI), Elder abuse, Sex Crimes and Human Trafficking.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Conduct counseling/therapy sessions in either individual and/or group setting as well as mental health evaluation and concrete needs assessments to all crime victims, witnesses and families impacted by crime prosecuted by the New York County District Attorney's Office.
* Direct engagement with all victims, witnesses, and their families including explaining the criminal justice system, connecting them with services, conducting outreach and follow up calls; maintaining on-going contact to ensure they are receiving support and services.
* Conduct crisis intervention interviews and assist with safety planning.
* Provide victim support and court accompaniment throughout the criminal justice process.
Act as a liaison between victims, families, and Assistant District Attorneys and provide case status information.
* Follow up contact with all victims to monitor their connection to services.
* Ability to interact effectively with victims, witnesses, families, law enforcement officers and criminal justice personnel.
* Assist with a range of direct services such as crime victim compensation applications, emergency shelter placements, partner with DANY Advocates for additional concrete services.
* Collaborate with outside agencies to assist crime victims and facilitate referrals to appropriate agencies.
* Maintain accurate up to date case files as well as maintain statistics.
* Will rotate and sit different office locations including the Downtown Office, Harlem Office and Washington Heights when assigned.

Job Description:
The New York County District Attorney's Office (DANY) has an opening for a Counter Terrorism Analyst for its Counter Terrorism Unit (CTU).
CTU investigates domestic and international threats to the citizens of New York with an emphasis on disrupting those individuals who recruit and inspire others to engage in acts of terror, and those who finance terrorist activities.
The Counter Terrorism Analyst will work closely with DANY prosecutors, NYPD, and federal law enforcement agencies to collect and analyze evidence, write reports, present briefings, and testify.
The position is an unique opportunity for aspiring counterterrorism analysts to gain investigative and legal experience.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Draft legal process, analyze returns, and present findings to the case team.
* Perform OSINT, research, and various database checks to generate leads and enhance cases.
* Develop and expand expertise on different terrorist groups, investigative methods and tools, and technological developments (i.e cryptocurrency, AI, and encryption).

Job Summary
The Facilities Plant Operator manages the Central Utility Building and all associated plant control systems, which includes chillers, boilers, compressors, vacuum pumps, backup generators, scrubbed exhaust systems, UPS equipment, water plant and electrical distribution, along with other support equipment and related distribution of utilities .
This is a multi-level position that is based on the candidate's qualifications as they relate to the skills, experience and responsibilities required for the position.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
* Monitors a variety of ancillary systems including heating and cooling control, pump pressures, tank levels, lubricating systems, etc., to ensure temperature, humidity, and other processes are maintained.
* Adjusts equipment for efficient operation including burners and combustion controls.
* Responsible for plant log entries of gauges, dials, pressures, temperatures, flows, waste stream information, compliance monitoring, and other shift activities
* Observe all safety regulations, operating, and company policies and procedures.
* Complete all necessary monthly/daily/shift reports and computer work including environmental, safety, plant logs, near misses, downtime, work orders, and overall operation reports.
* Perform inspections and preventative maintenance on various types of plant equipment, such as chillers, compressors, boilers, air handlers, pumps, and other plant equipment;

Our Romulus, MI branch is seeking a full-time CDL-A truck driver.
This position is first shift, M - F, and hourly (no flat rate!).
