As the Manager, Deployment, you will drive end-to-end implementation of our Warehouse AI platform, driving operational efficiency in our warehouse sites within the United States.
This dual-focused role combines project management and implementation engineering to ensure successful rollouts across our network, managing both the technical deployment and organizational change aspects of implementation.
The Deployment Manager will drive AI implementations across our West Coast network and is responsible for management Warehouse AI deployments within the region, enabling us to scale our technology efficiently while providing dedicated support to local warehouse operations.
This role serves as the critical link between our technology capabilities and operational realities requiring both technical understanding and exceptional interpersonal skills to drive change in established warehouse environments.
What you'll do on a typical day:
* Lead site implementations from initial assessment through go-live, including requirements gathering, and post-implementation support
* Coordinate between site operations, data science teams, and WMS developers to ensure alignment on requirements, timelines, and deliverables with accountability for meeting deployment timelines
* Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for warehouse users adapted to site-specific needs in line with the specific solution to deploy, including creating site-specific documentation
* Track and document implementation metrics, ROI validation, and business impact
* Create new and update existing implementation playbooks to facilitate scaling of Warehouse AI rollout
