We seek a dynamic Supply Chain Performance Subject Matter Expert to optimize Engineered to Order operations across multiple locations.
You'll focus on improving Material Handling and Movement performance, implement best practices from the Schneider Performance System, and train teams to promote Smart and Digital solutions for enhanced supply chain performance.
What will you do?
* Diagnose supply chain challenges related to material provisioning and handling and promote problem solving methodology across different layers in the organization.
* Standardize and deploy exemplary practices in Schneider Production System practices in an Engineered to Order environment, continuously improve them, ensure those best practices are deployed, and set the standard design for both existing and new Engineered to Order operations across North America.

What will you do?
As the Systems Application Engineer III, your role is vital for managing the technology supporting the Security Command Center, enterprise physical access control system, and video management system.
Responsibilities include monitoring technical controls for regulatory compliance, managing system patching and life cycle planning, overseeing asset onboarding and off-boarding, and leading projects related to access control and video management systems.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintaining compliance with regulatory programs such as NERC CIP, SOX, BPU, and FERC
* Affiliate Restrictions, managing patching cycles for workstations and servers, upgrading/implementing systems, overseeing life cycle management and vulnerability mitigations, and supporting infrastructure projects.
* Access Control: field controller initialization, reader configuration, access permissions, schedules, software configuration, and programming and graphical floorplan creation.
* Digital Video: IP cameras; configure recording parameters; create maps.
* IT Systems: support and maintain Automation systems and related infrastructure, including software/firmware upgrades, backups, and troubleshooting for automation systems and related infrastructure (servers, computers, network switches)
* Your ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, respond to emergencies, and collaborate effectively with IT and Cyber Security Risk Compliance (CSRC) teams are also essential for success in this position.

The Data Center Technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) must have Strong knowledge of data center infrastructure cooling technologies, including air conditioning, precision cooling, and water-based cooling systems (Chillers) and best practices.
