The ideal candidate will assist attorneys in all phases of litigation, including demand letters, case preparation, and discovery.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Senior Litigation Paralegal to support our litigation team in managing legal matters.
The ideal candidate will assist attorneys in all phases of litigation, including demand letters, case preparation, and discovery.
This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct factual investigations to assist with building case files and to support litigation strategy.
- Draft and prepare discovery requests/response.
- Organize and maintain case and subpoena files, including managing matter tracking and electronic document management.
- Assist attorneys in preparing for depositions, hearings, and trials.
- Coordinate with internal departments, outside counsel, insurers, and vendors.
- Analyze and prepare reporting of legal claims for disclosures.
- Manage deadlines and ensure confidentiality for sensitive matters.
- Initiate, track and monitor litigation holds and document preservation protocols, including ensuring compliance with litigation holds.
- Manage complex litigation portfolios with minimal attorney oversight.
- Develop and implement litigation strategies in coordination with counsel.

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study and 5+ years of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 5 years of litigation support experience, with prior in-house experience on a litigation team (law firm or government experience alone will not be considered).
- Strong writing, verbal, analytical, and research skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Experience in client-facing roles and handling sensitive matters professionally.
