What You Will Do:

The Opportunity
As a Casual Sales Associate, you will join a dynamic, progressive and highly experienced sales team, available to work within a 7-day roster including weekends on a casual basis.
This role will assist the team in all aspects of the Hermès Pacific Fair Store within Hermès standards of image and services worldwide.
The successful candidate will assist in maintaining the store environment, customer experience and will be involved in boutique related activities.
The candidate will have a proven sales record, excellent organisation skills, be responsible for driving sales activities and an ambassador of exceptional client service in the boutique.
About You
Previous customer service experience is preferred with a high standard of presentation, interpersonal skills and grooming.

Hermès Manufacture de Métaux (HMM) développe et fabrique des pièces métalliques pour les accessoires de marques de luxe.
Le groupe souhaite mettre en place une solution permettant aux différents sites qui le composent, de partager une vision commune, de faciliter les échanges à partir d'un seul point d'entrée et de favoriser le travail en groupe.
Cette démarche va également permettre au groupe de répondre plus efficacement et de manière proactive aux besoins de leurs clients en traitant au mieux les problèmes à la cause racine et les non-conformités.
Au sein de la Direction Financière d'Hermès Manufacture de Métaux (HMM), et rattaché au Responsable du Contrôle de Gestion, le/la stagiaire contrôleur de gestion endossera les responsabilités suivantes :
Suivi du chiffre d'affaires (CA) :
o Participer à la construction et au suivi du CA hebdomadaire et mensuel,
o Communiquer le CA au Comité de Direction, aux directeurs de sites & au service commercial,
o Réaliser des études ad hoc.
Préparation des indicateurs mensuels à destination du Comité de Direction (CODIR) :
o Assurer l'interface avec les Directions métiers et les sites de production,
o Contrôler les données et mettre en forme les indicateurs
Travaux de clôture :
o Préparer des écritures comptables récurrentes
o Analyse des commandes ouvertes & commandes à réceptionner
o Analyse du compte de résultat
Reporting budgétaire :
o Définir les budgets annuels et réestimés par Direction métier,
o Elaborer les états de synthèse correspondants et participer à la construction des présentations budgétaires,
o Préparer et communiquer les reportings aux Directions métier,
o Analyser avec chaque Direction les écarts budget/réel.
Amélioration continue :
o Automatiser les processus et reportings récurrents,
o Adapter l'ensemble des fichiers de travail au nouvel ERP.
* Profil recherché :
• Issu(e) d'un parcours Grande Ecole (Commerce ou Ingénieur) Bac +5
• Forte appétence pour les systèmes d'information
• Maîtrise d'Excel (ex : TCD, Recherche/X, etc.) et de Power BI / Power Query
• Rigueur
• Excellentes capacités d'analyse et grande aisance avec les chiffres
• Qualités relationnelles
